The new retail and multifamily development will provide dining, entertainment and living accommodations all within one location. Residents in the community can access a 24-hour fitness center, a business center with three conference rooms, resident theater and entertainment lounge, gaming and activity area, three dog parks, a soccer field and a playground.

Businesses in the development at 20940 Uptown Avenue include Chick-fil-A, Sport Clips, Amazing Lash Studio, Tipsy Salonbar, Yoga Six, Paradise Grill and F45 Training.
