Timothy J. Carey is an Acquisition Specialist at Rosemurgy Properties. In his role, Mr. Carey focuses on analyzing potential multifamily and retail deals, running due diligence, managing entitlement processes, and executing long-term asset management strategies.

After moving to Florida in 2017, Mr. Carey worked with Schmier and Feurring Properties, Inc., and then started his own company which owns and operates value-add and ground-up multifamily projects.

Mr. Carey earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of Illinois, a Juris Doctorate degree from Drake University Law School in 2009 and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame in 2016. He is licensed to practice law in Illinois and Florida.

Mr. Carey formerly served as Communications Chair for the Ronald McDonald Charity House in Chicago from 2011 to 2013. He lives with his family lin Boca Raton, and in his free time enjoys watching bad reality TV with his wife, wrestling with his kids, CrossFit, tennis and reading.
