26 Sep SENTRY SELF STORAGE HOLLYWOOD: UNDER CONSTRUCTION AND FINANCING SECURED

Hollywood, FL (September 26, 2018)…Development partners Rosemurgy Properties and Sentry Self Storage announced today that Sentry Self Storage, 2060 Coolidge Street, Hollywood, FL is under construction, and financing has been secured through a $10,400,000 construction loan from BB&T.  The five-story, state-of-the-art facility will be 119,914 square feet of climate-controlled self-storage with 870 units.  The project is slated for completion in Summer 2019.

Kenneth Carlson – Architect, P. A., Deerfield Beach, FL is the design firm for Sentry Self Storage in Hollywood, FL.  The project is being built by DC Construction Associates, Inc., Boca Raton, FL.
