Sentry Self Storage Hollywood Cuts Its Ribbon & Opens Its Doors!

On November 7, 2019, Rosemurgy Properties (a privately owned commercial real estate development, investment and management firm) and Sentry Self Storage (a full service consulting and management company) celebrated the grand opening of the 128,000-square-foot Sentry Self Storage Hollywood facility. The development team & city officials delivered enthusiastic speeches while guests toasted to the completion of the project. Among the guests were City of Hollywood Mayor Josh Levy, City of Hollywood District 2 Commissioner Peter Hernandez, Assistant Chief of Police David Strauss, Major Jeffrey Devlin and members of the Hollywood Police Department.

Located in north Hollywood just west of Federal Highway, the 5-story Sentry Self Storage facility will serve the eastern Hollywood and south Fort Lauderdale markets. The climate-controlled facility features covered parking and loading zones providing weather protection throughout the year and multiple freight elevators to reduce customer wait times. The facility provides individual key coded zoned access to ensure contents are safe and secure at all times. Additional features include state of the art security and fire systems and controlled gate access.
