Mark Phinney is a Superintendent at Rosemurgy Properties. He has been with the company for six and a half years, overseeing scheduling and coordination.

Mr. Phinney has been in the real estate construction industry for 37 years. Prior to joining Rosemurgy Properties, he was the owner of Premier Builders and Development, LLC. where he personally directed and performed all day-to-day operations including accounting, permitting, sales, estimating, job costing, construction and close out.
