As Senior Vice President of Asset Management, Kimberly Rosemurgy is responsible for maximizing the performance and value of the company’s real estate portfolio, with a focus on multifamily and self-storage properties. In this role, she analyzes financial performance, reports to investors, implements strategic value-maximizing plans, and executes long-range asset management strategies.

Ms. Rosemurgy is also the financial manager of the corporate operating platform. In this role, she oversees the financial performance of the Rosemurgy Properties operating company.

Prior to joining Rosemurgy Properties in 2004, Ms. Rosemurgy was in Atlanta, GA, where she worked as a public accountant in the real estate division of a large regional firm and earned her CPA. She has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting degree and a Master of Accounting degree from the University of Florida – Warrington College of Business. Ms. Rosemurgy has a passion for philanthropy and, as a result, has been actively involved in many community organizations, including the Junior League of Boca Raton, Florence Fuller Child Development Centers and the Boca Raton Historical Society. In her free time, Ms. Rosemurgy enjoys all that South Florida has to offer with her husband and three children.
