01 Jun ROSEMURGY PROPERTIES ACQUIRES 2 NEW RETAIL ASSETS: CVS & STARBUCKS

Rosemurgy Properties announced today the acquisition of two new retail assets. CVS Pharmacy, located at 4191 West Indiantown Road, Jupiter, FL, was acquired on February 12, 2018. Starbucks Coffee, at 2209 SW Gatlin Boulevard, Port St. Lucie, FL, was acquired May 31, 2018.  The 2,150 sq. ft. location opened in February 2018. Patrick Nutt of Calkain Companies provided brokerage services on both locations.
