Ms. Hutton joined Rosemurgy Properties in 2020 with over 15 years of public and private sector development, land planning, and site design experience throughout Florida, California, and Wyoming. As a private sector consultant, she secured entitlements for dozens of commercial, residential, institutional and mixed-use developments; managing all project aspects including site design, landscape design, zoning map amendments, development code text amendments, plats, comprehensive plan amendments, variances, waivers, and public hearing representation. Her diverse public sector planning experience includes park design, campus master planning, GIS analysis mapping, drafting comprehensive plan policy and land development code language, developing streetscape mobility plans, and managing public design charrettes.
On the RP Development Team, Ms. Hutton utilizes her diverse entitlement experience, sharp design acumen, construction interest, and assorted technical abilities, to successfully coordinate and manage project facets from concept to completion.
Ms. Hutton was appointed to the Planning and Zoning Commission/Board of Adjustment for the Town of Jackson Hole, WY and served on the Recreational Park Design Committee for the City of Larkspur, CA. She is a Certified Planner with the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP), a member of the American Society of Landscape Architects (ASLA), and holds a bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture and a master’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Florida.
In her spare time, Ms. Hutton is also an Adjunct Instructor in the Department of Urban and Regional Planning at Florida Atlantic University, where she teaches undergraduate and graduate site planning and urban design studio courses year-round.
