Chick-fil-A has opened in Uptown Boca, west Boca’s new retail and residential complex. Hours are 6 a.m. to 10 p.m., Monday through Saturday, closed Sundays.
The new fast-food location has a double drive-thru. Customers can pick up curbside and order through their mobile app. But no inside dining yet. “As some states begin to ease restrictions on local businesses, new Chick-fil-A restaurants are taking additional time to review operations and ensure the necessary precautions are in place to protect our Guests and Team Members before reopening our dining areas. As of now, Chick-fil-A West Boca will open for drive-thru only,” according to Chick-fil-A Inc.
Jobs wise, the business at 9536 Glades Road will employ about 80 full- and part-time team members, a corporate announcement said.
This is the first restaurant to open in Uptown Boca between Lyons Road and State Road 7. The signs are up for Olive U Mediterranean Grill, BurgerFi and Just Salad. Other restaurant tenants coming in are Bolay, Zen Sushi, Naked Taco, Lazy Dog, Lynora’s Italian restaurant and Sloan’s Ice Cream, according to Uptown Boca.
REI Co-op outdoor gear and SportClips Haircuts have opened. Signs are also up for Amazing Lash Studio and The Joint Chiropractic. No opening date announced yet for Silverspot Cinema.
